Most web browsers have features to notify you when you receive a "cookie" or prevent "cookies" from being sent. However, by not accepting cookies, you may limit the functionality of the website.

SecurityTransaction information is securely transmitted to the payment gateway via SSL connections. We do not store credit card details nor share customer details with third parties.

Sponsor Sites:WePitched provides links to third-party sponsors, each operating under its own policies and procedures. We do not share customer details with third parties.

Member Account, Password, and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and must immediately notify WePitched of any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breaches. WePitched is not liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to comply with this security obligation.

Member Conduct

Users acknowledge that all content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person from which it originates. WePitched does not control the content posted via the Services and does not guarantee its accuracy or quality.

a) WePitched provides the service "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
