The Participation Module is designed to make collaboration between investors and project founders simple, transparent, and trustworthy. Once both sides agree to partner, a project transitions from its pitch phase to active collaboration mode — updating its status to “Funded” and unlocking a shared workspace where both can manage agreements, progress, and communication.

Not everyone arrives on WePitched knowing what funding types exist, how investors think, or what a fair agreement looks like. The Investment Educated feature gives any user — whether they are seeking funding or investing — a short, optional way to learn the essentials and then prove their understanding with a quick knowledge check. Those who pass receive an Investment Educated badge that helps others see they understand the basics of the participation flow.

Crypto Economy Support
A “crypto economy” mode for projects that want to raise in crypto and share their returns in crypto — powered by WePitched smart contracts for transparent, on-chain revenue and royalty distributions.
With the Crypto Revenue & Royalties Engine, projects on WePitched can accept investments in crypto and share ongoing returns in crypto — all anchored in WePitched smart contracts. Investors fund a project using stablecoins on supported blockchains, and later receive their revenue share or royalties directly to their wallets, with every payout recorded on-chain for full transparency.
Crypto Investment & Deal Record
Anchor each crypto investment with a clear, on-chain participation record.
- Investors fund projects directly in crypto (e.g. USDT / USDC) on supported chains.
- WePitched smart contracts log who invested, how much, and into which project.
- Funds move crypto-to-crypto between investor and founder, without WePitched holding custody.

Revenue & Royalties Engine
